What is Day Spas?

There are different kinds of spas and day spas are not to be confused with health spas and hotel spas. Day spas work as a package usually offering an extensive range of leisure facilities, very relaxed and informal, with a comprehensive range of body treatments available. There is no residential accomodation at a day spas.

Day spas differ from health farms or spas as they are dedicated venues where guests wander around the entire place in robes or gym gear. It often has a lot more treatment rooms and is specifically targeted at spa breaks with treatments. A Health Farm or Health Spa is ideal if you feel burnt out, stressed out or just want to relax. Health spas also offer all the facilities you are likely to find at a hotel and like a health farm, they are specifically geared to beauty, health and fitness and generally have more treatment rooms than a Spa Hotel.

Many residential venues offer day spas as well, offering day spa packages and facilities usually centered around relaxation and beauty treatments.
